How do I assemble a dispense tower?

Step 1:

Place the medal (if any) over the tap, possibly with a sealing ring in between.

Step 2:

Turn the tap on the dispense tower.

Step 3:

Now you place the dispense tower on the bar, tighten it securely and connect the beer tube with the dispense tower.
